"Keep On Smilin'"

Did you know that the simple physical act of smiling can make you happier?  Using our facial muscles to smile at someone or something can change your emotions in a positive way.

Even in sad occasions you catch yourself smiling at a funny story or a child's actions.  Sometimes pushing negative thoughts away and forcing good ones relaxes a frown or a tight-lipped expression.  All those minutes, hours and days that we spend worrying and being upset amount to precious time taken away from our lives.

So why not use those facial muscles to change our outlook?  We all have ups and downs, that's what life is all about.  But making a new habit of smiling a little more is a powerful tool and can genuinely make you feel better.
